How does knockOut Study work?
knockOut Study uses AI to generate personalized language lessons based on your interests, level, and learning goals. We believe that adaptable input is great, but generation on behalf of the learner is essential for deep learning. Our app provides AI-generated lessons and instant translations to help you master languages naturally.
What languages do you support?
We currently support English-Spanish, English-Italian, English-Russian, English-Chinese (Mandarin), and Russian-English. We're actively adding more language pairs and are excited to expand our offerings based on user demand!
Is there a free tier?
Yes! We offer a free tier that includes 1 lesson per day. Due to the expensive costs of LLM credits, AI corrections, and content generation, we limit the free tier to keep the service sustainable. For unlimited lessons and full access to all features, upgrade to knockOut Pro.
Can I use knockOut Study offline?
Currently, you need an internet connection to use knockOut Study as our AI features require real-time processing. However, we're actively working on offline features to allow you to study on the go. Stay tuned for updates!
How do I cancel my subscription?
All payments are handled by the App Store and Google Play. You can easily cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
How can I report bugs, ask questions, or make suggestions?
We love hearing from our users! For bug reports, questions, or suggestions, please email us at help@knockoutstudy.com. We read every message and appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve knockOut Study.
How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app settings under "Account > Delete Account". This will permanently remove all your data. If you need assistance, contact us at help@knockoutstudy.com.
